Good to know.
Will waterless cleaning scratch my car?
Not when it's done properly. Our spray lubricates the surface so dust lifts off instead of dragging. We use a freshly washed microfiber cloth for each car and wipe in straight lines. If a car is muddy, we recommend a water wash at the bay first.
What if my car is out in the morning?
It's marked as "car away" and cleaned on the next visit. If we miss a day for our own reasons, we add it back to your plan.
Do I need to give you my car keys?
Not for daily exterior cleaning. For a bay wash, you can bring the car yourself, hand the key to our staff, or leave it with your security desk.
Can you fix a puncture in the parking?
Yes, for cars and bikes with tubeless tyres and a nail or screw in the tread. We plug it at your parking spot and re-check the pressure the next morning. If the damage is on the sidewall or too large to plug safely, we fit your spare wheel and help you get the tyre replaced at a tyre shop.
Where is the wash bay?
We set up a dedicated wash bay in your society's cellar, with the association's permission. Bring your car at your booked time, or hand the key to our staff and we'll move it for you.
How do I pay?
Daily cleaning is paid monthly by UPI. Bay washes, puncture repair and jump-starts can be paid by UPI or cash after the job is done.
Can I pause daily cleaning when I travel?
Yes. Message us your travel dates. Pauses of 7 days or more are credited to the next month.
Which areas do you serve?
Gated communities across Hyderabad. If we're not in your society yet, message us and we'll let you know when we can start there.
